I'm Carolyn de Beaurepaire, the face behind "Our Sydney Celebrant".  My mission is to create a simply beautiful ceremony for every couple, one which is heartfelt, engaging and memorable....a tailored ceremony which is ''just right" for you!

Recently appointed as a Civil Marriage Celebrant by the office of the Attorney General of Australia, I bring to the role a fresh and contemporary approach with the added benefits that come from life experience and maturity, so you can feel confident you are in safe hands.

Having a very caring and personable nature, you will find me and my ceremonies engaging, warm, authentic and fun! Let me take the stress out of what can be an unfamiliar process for you and calm any nerves you might have on your big day.

Every couple's Love Story is different and I delight in unveiling the layers of a couple's unique story, to discover the qualities that initially drew them to each other and the journey that has brought them to their special day.

Let me provide you with an exceptional, customised experience, from our first meeting and culminating in your dream day, whether that dream is: an intimate elopement; a "surprise" wedding; a destination wedding; or a grand celebration for over a hundred of your favourite friends and relatives!

The focus on your Special Day should always be on YOU!  I may not be an actor, entertainer or comedian, but I am not the one who should be the centre of attention. It is YOUR day. I am however, well-versed in public speaking, having been a brand presenter for an iconic Australian airline and a facilitator to large corporate groups after completing my Bachelor of business.

A love of Design (my former occupation) and an appreciation for aesthetics, along with my keen eye for detail, mean I will naturally ensure your ceremony will be Instagram perfect and my attire will reflect your dress code or theme on the day. 

 

Having enjoyed a long career as an International First Class Flight Attendant and Onboard Manager, you can be assured of receiving a professional signature service, offered in a friendly, sincere, kind and confident manner, irrespective of your age, cultural background, gender or sexual orientation. I will be by your side to calm any natural nervousness you might have on the day and to ensure your ceremony runs smoothly and is memorable for all the right reasons!
